To keep things efficient, we’re going to do a quick cut and paste of the press release that we shared with our media partners earlier today. Enjoy the reading. And… Register today (http://www.rustbelttoartistbelt.com/registration/), before it’s too late!

DETROIT, March 16, 2011—Rust Belt to Artist Belt III Conference $55 early bird tickets
have been a hot commodity according to organizers and with just six days left until prices increase to $80 they recommend people take advantage of the discounted price before the March 21 deadline passes.
“We are very pleased with the progress of registration for this conference,” said Melinda Anderson, event manager for Rust Belt to Artist Belt III. “People from Detroit and other cities across the country have purchased tickets, now with only a few days left for the early bird pricing, we want to make one final push before the price increases.”
Anderson said the conference not only offers two days of informative panel discussions, helpful skills building workshops, and facilitated idea generation sessions, but there are several ancillary or partner events too.
“We have a great lineup of keynotes and panelists that include Theaster Gates, Ruby Lerner, Gregg Garrett, and Osman Khan,” said Anderson. “Seeing them is already worth the price of admission, and then with the other events that come with registration, attendees will get more than their monies-worth.”

With registration to Artist Belt to Rust Belt III, conference-goers will also receive the following:
• Entry to the official Rust Belt to Artist Belt III Kick-off event, April 5th, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Location to be determined.
• Entry to the Art X Detroit Opening Reception – April 6th, 5:30-11:00 p.m. at the Museum of Contemporary Arts Detroit (MOCAD)
• Entry to the official Rust Belt to Artist Belt III Closing Reception, Thursday, April 7th, 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Dalgeliesh Showroom at 6160 Cass Avenue.
• Provided with breakfast and lunch each day of the conference.

Discounted early bird ticket prices are now available for just $55 now through March 21. Ticket prices increase to $80 after March 21. Visit www.RustBeltToArtistBelt.com to buy a ticket today.
